Yes, for most vacation packages booked at least 30 days in advance, you can pay a 60% deposit to secure your booking, and pay the remaining 40% balance at least 14 days before your departure.
Yes, our stated pricing is inclusive of standard service charges and local taxes, except where specific local tourism taxes (e.g. Tourism Dirham in Dubai) must be paid directly to the hotel.
No travel agency can guarantee a visa, as approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate. However, we maximize your approval odds by ensuring your documentation is pristine and meets all requirements.
Processing times vary by country. For example, UK visas take 15-20 working days, Schengen takes 15 days, and Canada takes 60-90 days. We recommend applying at least 2-3 months before your intended travel date.
No, visa application fees charged by the embassies/consulates are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the visa decision.
